The pipe fits the groove to bend and deform during the bending process.	It should have high strength, hardness and wear resistance to withstand the pressure and friction of the pipe on the die during the bending process, and at the same time ensure the surface quality of the bending die to avoid scratches on the surface of the pipe.
Clamp die	Cooperate with the clamping surface at the front end of the bending die to clamp the pipe fitting to prevent the pipe from displacement or sliding during the bending process and ensure the bending accuracy. The clamping die usually rotates synchronously with the bending die so that the pipe can be smoothly bent around the bending die.	It should have good clamping force and stability to firmly fix the pipe, and be easy to operate and be able to clamp and loosen the pipe quickly.
Mandrel	Insert into the pipe to support the inner wall of the pipe during the bending process to prevent the inner surface of the pipe from collapse, wrinkling and other defects during bending. Especially for the bending of large-diameter or thin-walled pipes, the role of the core head is more important.	Its shape and size should be compatible with the inner diameter of the pipe, and it should have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the pressure during the bending process. At the same time, the surface of the core head should be smooth to reduce friction with the inner wall of the pipe.
Pressure die	Guide the pipe before bending so that the pipe can accurately enter the bending die and clamping die, ensure the accuracy of the starting position of the bending, and improve the accuracy and quality of the bending.	It should have good guiding accuracy and wear resistance to stably guide the pipe into the die.
Wiper	Prevent wrinkles on the outer surface of the pipe during the bending process. It is usually installed on the outside of the bending die to apply a certain pressure to the outer surface of the pipe so that the pipe can deform evenly during bending and reduce the generation of wrinkles.	It needs to be designed and adjusted according to factors such as the material, wall thickness and bending radius of the pipe to achieve the best wrinkle-proof effect.
