Laser Chiller Antifreeze Measures

Antifreeze, also known as antifreeze coolant, is a coolant with antifreeze properties. It prevents the coolant from freezing in cold winters, which could crack the pipes between the laser and the chiller, and damage the pipe seals. Currently, there are various types and formulations of antifreeze on the market, so many customers are unsure how to choose or mix it, or have already chosen antifreeze unsuitable for their chillers. In fact, our chillers have specific requirements for antifreeze; choosing the wrong one or using it improperly can damage the internal piping of the equipment.
1.Reference Proportion for Mixing

| 2:8 (20% antifreeze + 80% water) | -2℃~-5℃ |

2.How to use antifreeze to ensure the machine operates without any abnormalities?
Step [01] First, shut down the entire machine and drain all the water from the chiller.
Step [02] First, add 20-30% pure water to the chiller, then add antifreeze, and finally fill the chiller with water.
Step [03] Turn on the chiller and circulate for 10-15 minutes, then start the machine.
3. The chiller requires the following 5 antifreeze properties:

2.Good antifreeze performance
3.Low viscosity at low temperatures
4.Corrosion and rust prevention
5.No swelling or corrosion of rubber-sealed conduits
